We met Lock in Make Me and I wanted his story immediately. His tough exterior, loyalty and so much more makes you instantly fall in love. When he meets Saylor he didn't know who she was but he has tasted her cake and from that first bite he knew he has to meet her.
Once the connection is made, Lock is on another mission and that is to keep Saylor from leaving. There are things going on around her and its safe to say she may just jump on the first ship out of town. Will she stay, will the problem vanish? The real question is how will Lock handle her issue and the one thing that he wasn't expecting?
I can't say buy all of Lani Vale books enough! Sinner are Winners is not exception to her phenomenal pull you in immediately writing!
