When I think of any books that Colleen Hoover writes I know I'm going to enjoy it and there were books that she has written that really made me cry but All Your Perfects is crying on a different level.
This book is emotional, it's RAW, there are moments that all the feels that you have come out and it makes you emotional exhausted but in a good way. I didn't know if I could get through it but I knew...I knew, I knew, I knew, I knew that she Colleen would break us but put us back together and she did just that.
When you meet Quinn and Graham you have to meet their "rat bastard" significant others in a way that you know your heart will be shattered...I do repeat...RAT BASTARDS!!! Quinn and Graham would not be my pick but I grew to love their relationship but also grew to despise Quinn. I really did not like her and there were times that I wanted her to just go away...like I really wanted her gone. The fight they were in was not just her fight but a fight that she needed Graham but then I was pissed right the hell off with Graham!!! (emotional overload)
When you understand her pain, the guilt, the pressure, the everything your heart strings are pulled everyone. When you see his struggle to keep them together, to be her hero, to show her that things are okay and she is the love of his life it shows a different part of a alpha male. Graham wants his WIFE and that's it. Any perks are great but the love and heartbreak that he feels throughout the book rips you to pieces but then you're whole again. Things start to look up and what we wanted to happen does. Understanding, realization, compassion, trust and many other feelings seep through the crack and the light is so bright...it's so clear and refreshing!
Colleen Hoover is a magnificent author and All Your Perfects shows how her mind works!! I must say she's pretty flawless!!
