Darkest Sin is the first story I have read by Ashton Blackthorne and I must say I was a little intrigued by the synopsis. This story was based on true events and I am curious to know the the true details and how in the long run his life has been after.
I haven't read the other books in the series but I do feel that in order to really know the characters it is best that you read the series. This book is the story of Ayden, who I adored, Ash and Amber.
This story took you on a ride that pulled you in. I felt so bad for the trio and the struggles they endured. There was tragedy, sadness and a complete range of emotions from the different characters in the book. I loved reading how the love of the characters grew and the journey taken to get to where they both deserved to be. There is a lot of alpha and growth in the characters.
I must say again it is best that the books be read in order to know the characters. I can't wait to go back and read more.
