Koah and Tori's story was sad but great to read! Torie's life was not the best. The cards were not in her favor when dealt. As a child she was placed in foster care when her father was put in jail and she lost her sister, Gracie, when they were placed separately. She did everything she needed to get Gracie back and has worked hard so her life was better than what she had. Tori wants her sister Gracie to have a great life, even if it kills her and that could come from the person she blames the most for all her problems,
Koah Saint has moved on in his life and doesn't keep the past in his mind. When he sees Tori again, feelings begin to show and he knows the history is painful. The pull and push between them can't be stopped and he knows it. He is apart of the MC and the run the city their in. He is hated by many and loved by much more. He knows how to push buttons but he also knows how to pull everyone in to get what he wants.
Koah knows there is a flame that has been burning for Tori and he can't deny it but he also knows she doesn't belong in the world he's in. Can they make it through the trials both face?
