Jesse is still the Lord of the Manor and the Lord of our Hearts. Jesse is giving us his take on his life with Ava and the daily demons he must beat to be happy and right the wrong, or try, from his past.
Ava has found out one of many secrets he has tried to keep from her and that secret almost destroyed him. His protective heart will always keep what he seems necessary from Ava only to make sure she doesn't get hurt. Ava is his light in all the darkness that has surrounded his life for years. To her, he is a the surprise that she never expected but would do everything to hold onto.
