Olivia Michaels is a new author to me and I have really been missing out!!
Rachael and Jake are the perfect couple battling the one thing that most would run to, family. The story showed us the depths one would go through to protect someone they loved, even if it meant going against her family.
Jake is on a mission to take down "daddy". He is the worst criminal of the worst and uses Rachael as a scapegoat. The ends and outs of their father daughter relationship is sad. Rachael goes through fire to not only help him but also get away from him.
Does all of her plans work? Does she finally come up with a way to finally be done with him? Can Jake make the things in her life better?
This story was a great one and I can't wait to read more from Olivia Michaels.
