Excerpt:

My eyes lock on a third figure sitting with them. As I near, the man glances my way before quickly shifting his gaze. I continue to stare at him as I approach, and it doesn’t take long for his gaze to return to me. His large figure rises to full height as he stands to greet me, and I feel a bolt of electricity hit me in the chest as familiar eyes stare back at me.

He’s tall. Dark-haired. Gorgeous. With deep, thick-lashed eyes you want to sink into. And lips to suck on like they’re all that exists between you and heaven. I stop walking, stop breathing, because . . . he is here.

A moment passes and Bryn seems to notice my shock.

But shock doesn’t come close to it.

Because never in my whole life has my heart leapt so far and fast. It feels as if it’s ripping out of my chest. I can barely force my legs to move for fear of hearing my knees knock together. I struggle for air, but it feels like someone cut off my windpipe connecting my nose and lungs.

Review:

Ian and Sara start off as a fling.  I mean come on...when you hop into a taxi with someone and end up at your job...a hotel...something is bound to happen, especially since he tried to put the moves on her in the cab.

Ian is a businessman who is currently in a situation that many would have walked away from a long time ago and would not have given so much.  He's a mogul in every syllable of the word.  He has certain needs and when he laid eyes on Sara, his need was her.

Sara is sassy, funny and young at heart.  She wants to make it big in the Big Apple, but she's not there. She is working hard to become what she's always want but those steps continue to get steeper.  When he continues to what and need Ian after their one night of passion, it's ironic how they meet up again and the sparks soon fly.

There are many issues that they have to face.  Is Sara strong enough to handle it? Can Ian hang onto Sara and fix the problem? His alpha tendencies say YES!!

I love Katy Evans and Mogul was a good book to read but I didn't fall in love with her characters like a normally do!! I feel like I have missed a lot in the story and just needed a little more.
