4 Star Review ~ Bad Boy Brody by Tijan

One punch took him from Hollywood’s Golden Boy to Bad Boy Brody.

The media didn’t care he was grieving his brother’s death. They descended on him, but to change his reputation, his manager got him a deal.
Act in an indie film, one that already had Oscar buzz, and he’d get the movie roles he needed to secure his future.

He took the deal.

Yet he wasn’t prepared for the real-life people behind the script.
He wasn’t prepared for the murder the movie was based on.
And he really wasn’t prepared for her, the biggest secret of all.

She was wild. She was beautiful. She defied gravity.

But was she the leading role that would tame him?

Review:

WOW!! I don't know where to begin with the beautifully written story so I'll just start with Brody.  Life always has a way to change your outlook on life, the future and the whys of the world.

Brody was never a bad boy...he was a lost man who suffered in a way that would scar him for life.  When cloud nine continues to take your higher and higher but one thing makes you plummet, the world then becomes your biggest regret.  Brody needed a lifeline to pull him out of the dark place he had been in for such a long time and he found that in Morgan.

Morgan was free spirit.  She was considered wild and her life revolved around her horses.  Some would call them wild and others would call them nuisances but to her, they were her family.  The only family that didn't leave her.  Morgan has a story, a sad story that most don't know...not even her.  There are things in her past that she didn't understand but slowly everything comes to light.

Brody and Morgan began as acquaintances but there was a mutual attraction between both of them.  Each provided what the other was missing from a their families and it was so much more than the physical.  They had an emotional connection that continued to pull them closer and closer together.

I loved this story and how everything came together at the end.  I definitely wanted a little more of both of these characters.
