K.A. Linde gets it Wright again! I adored The Wright Boss. The Wright family is some of my favorite people I've read about in a long time.
This story follows the brother of Jensen who we met in the first book, The Wright Brother. But this book can totally be read as a standalone with interconnecting characters. This is the story of Landon and Heidi. Landon and Heidi have a very unconventional start. They don't just know each other from their past, but Landon is Heidi's best friend Emery's high school sweetheart and Landon's brother Jensen's current girlfriend. It makes their situation very tricky. Girl code of conduct and all or so Heidi keeps reminding herself.
Landon should be off limits. He's married. Her best friends ex. And now her boss. Making them all sorts of forbidden. But it makes it even harder to stay away. These two are combustible. I loved them. I felt like their relationship was just as much about passion and temptation as it was about finding yourself and picking up the pieces along the way with the Wright person.
I was rooting for them from the start. I don't know what it is about this series but it draws me in like a month to a flame. I adore these characters. All of them... Well minus Miranda.
If you're looking for a new series to pick up, one that has the sexy and the sweet and a little dose of comedy mixed in, this series is totally for you. This book is totally for you. K.A. Linde did such a fabulous job yet again. Can't wait for my next Wright member!
