Molly McAdams has thouroughly done it again. To The Stars was stunning on all accounts. Molly broke my heart again and again but put it all back together again, just for it to be broken again and then finally restored.
To The Stars follows the once vibrant Harlow. Her perfect life isn't as perfect as it seems but on the outside, to everyone near and dear to her, her life is one big fairytale. Harlow is dying slowly everyday just a little bit more. The abuse is beginning to competely break her and no one is seeming to notice even with the weight loss, her lifelessness.
Until Knox Alexander comes strolling back into her life... And he notices everything. Knox knows Harlow isn't the same beautiful girl he once loved but he knows she's still in there.
Molly McAdams wrote such a beautiful second chance love story. Harlow needed Knox to come back into her life just as badly as Knox needed her. They had such a history. It made everything so much more intense for them. I loved the emotions the two of them exuded toward each other.
This book has the power to completely break you down. It ripped my heart apart. I bled with Harlow. I wanted to fight with Knox. It just brought all of my emotions to the forefront.
Molly McAdams so boldly took something so incredibly horrible and turned it around to create a love story that will stay with you forever.
