When Lucy decided to run nowhere to go. They were coming for her. She needed protection, but she had no one to help her. Until she came across the warehouse of the Deathstalkers MC, she begged them for protection. Now she owes them her life and her loyalty. Lucy's story ripped me to pieces and put me whole again with the Deathstalkers MC at her side. Lucy was in an awkward situation with her family to say the least. She wanted an out and she did everything in her power to get there but it was a struggle beyond struggle.
Lucy and Jordan were somewhat doomed from the start. Lucy's family was different in the most horrifying way possible. As a child she didn't get to do the things most children did and she saw things most don't. The lifestyle was not something that she wanted so she ran away and thankfully landed on the doorstep of the MC. They took care of her and never let anyone hurt her. She was one of theirs and nothing would stop them from taking care of their sister.
Jordan knew what he wanted but he couldn't have Lucy at the age she was and it was a struggle that he finally overcame. They were meant to be and he would protect her at all cost. I loved the interaction between Lucy and Jordan and the MC. It is really what family is about.
The roller-coaster ride they were on was rough and broke me heart not only for Lucy but the entire MC. Things happened that was beyond their control but they fought and eventually they won.

Alexis Noelle lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, and three kids. On top a writing career, she is a full-time student and a full-time mom. She loves spending time with her kids, although she has to hide the computer from them when she is writing! She love being active and being outdoors, especially if it involves any kind of shopping. She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something.She also believes that the most important critic is your reader, so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they would like to see happen.
