Synopsis:
doesn’t have the first clue about what she's going to do after college. To make matters worse, she’s nursing a broken heart thanks to the end of her longtime relationship. Wild rebound sex is definitely not the solution to her problems, but gorgeous hockey star Dean Di-Laurentis is impossible to resist. Just once, though, because even if her future is uncertain, it sure as heck won’t include the king of one-night stands.
It’ll take more than flashy moves to win her over
Dean always gets what he wants. Girls, grades, girls, recognition, girls…he’s a ladies man, all right, and he’s yet to meet a woman who’s immune to his charms. Until Allie. For one night, the feisty blonde rocked his entire world—and now she wants to be friends? Nope. It’s not over until he says it’s over. Dean is in full-on pursuit, but when life-rocking changes strike, he starts to wonder if maybe it’s time to stop focusing on scoring…and shoot for love.

Review:
First off, I have to say this series has taken the number one spot for any series for me. Elle Kennedy has taken this series and turned it into something so real and so funny. I absolutely adore this series. That being said, The Score was just as fantastic as it's predecessors.
The characters in this whole series are witty, snarky and they stand up for themselves and the men are all kind of man whores, which I love. But Dean Di-Laurentis takes the cake in the man whore department. He's cocky, and arrogant, and any female who crosses his path will willing spread her legs. He is a lady magnetic and he's not afraid to show it and flaunt it.
Allie is Hannah from the first book in the series, best friend and roommate. She is just getting out of a long term relationship and is ready to explore the single life. When a drunken night ends with her in the bed of Briar's biggest slut, Allie either needs to shit or get off the pot, so to speak. Dean is addicted once he has one taste of Allie and thus begins their hysterical friends with benefits.
These two together were so fun to read about as they grew and developed from hating each other to feeling too much for each other. They were quirky and funny and then when it came to the steam, daaaaaaamn. Dean and Allie were HOT. I loved that Dean wanted to flaunt Allie everywhere when they decided to start their "fling" but Allie was more reluctant because of how people perceived her. I think Dean took Allie out of her shelf and I think Allie showed Dean there is more to life than just sex in a relationship.
Elle Kennedy wrote this book flawlessly. I loved the dynamic, the plot, everything. I wanted more. And now the wait begins for the next book and with an ending like that at the end of The Deal, it's sure to be a doozy!
