This book was a completely & utterly awesome book for me. Blow by Kim Karr is the first book in her Tainted Love duet and by does it end on a cliffy. From the events of this book, I wouldn't have expected anything less. This book from page one made me want more.
Logan is trapped in a life that is dangerous and no place for a woman. Elle is trapped in the dark. Together they create something combustible. I actually really enjoyed Elle. She was a character I found relatable. And I'm not even going to lie, this book may take place over a seven day period but it was definitely enough time for me to fall in love with Logan.. Sigh. This story will literally BLOW you away. I don't want to give too much because this story is one that must be read and savored and by telling even a little, it gives a lot away about the book.
I will say, this is only the second book I've ever read by Kim Karr and I was captivated just as much as I was by her writing as the first book I ever read by her. This story has more plot and more depth than anything I've read in a long time. The writing was flawless again.
That cliffy though! Ugh. I'm am so not a fan of cliffies but this ending just made me want and crave more.

Kim Karr is a New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal Bestselling author.
She grew up in Rochester, NY and now lives in Florida with her husband and four kids. She's always had a love for reading books and writing. Being an English major in college, she wanted to teach at the college level but that was not to be. She went on to receive an MBA and became a project manager until quitting to raise her family.
