About BETTER WHEN HE’S BOLD:

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Jay Crownover, comes the second book in a combustible new series, Welcome to the Point, that is sexier, darker, and better than ever.

There’s a difference between a bad boy and a boy who is bad. . . . Welcome to the Point.

In a dark and broken kingdom, a ruler has be fearless to control the streets and the ruthless people who run them. Race Hartman is just bold enough, just smart enough, and just lost enough to wear the crown. Places like The Point will always have bad things and bad people, but the man in control of all that badness can minimize the devastation. Race has a plan, but can he prevent total annihilation without destroying himself?

Brysen Carter has always seen the real Race—a guy too pretty, too smooth, and way too dangerous. Basking in his golden glow is very tempting, but Brysen knows she’ll eventually get burned. She has enough problems without the risky danger and mayhem that comes with a guy like Race. Too bad Brysen faces a threat close to home that might be more dangerous than anything The Point has ever produced.. And the only person interested in keeping her safe is the one man she can’t allow herself to have.

Sometimes being bold is the only way to stay alive. But can she let Race save her life . . . if it means losing herself to him?

4.5 STAR REVIEW!!

Jay Crownover showed us again why she is the queen of bad boy. Better When He's Bold is Race Hartman's story and man is he just as bad as my boy Bax.

I don't know what it is about a bad boy that draws me in, but whatever the appeal is, Jay Crownover hits it on the head. Better When He's Bold is the story of the newest king and leader of the Point, Race Hartman. We met him in Dovey and Bax's story Better When He's Bad. He's the older brother of Dovey Price and the new leader of all things shady and bad in the Point with Bax as his right hand man.

Race was yum. Like melt in my panties, where can I get me one of him. He had a weakness though whether he knew it or not and that was the demure and gorgeous Brysen Carter.

I really enjoyed Brysens wit in this book. She's classy and sassy and she had such a good heart. She loved fiercely and stoodup for what she wanted.. At first Race is the temptation she doesn't need.. No matter how much she wants him, she just can't go there and risk everything she is so desperately trying to keep together. She had other priorities than falling for the bad boy.

Fate intervenes though and Race and Brysen just can't stay away from each other.

Jay Crownovers writing in the second book in the Point series is just as flawless and just as raw as all her other books. She writes bad so good. She gives us so many demensions in a story that it just completely catches you and draws you in.

Better When He's Bold gripped me from page one and it sure didn't hurt that the pages just dripped with passion and chemistry from our main characters. I thourghly enjoy everything and all I pick up from Jay Crownover whether it be the really bad boys from the Point or our beautiful bad boys from the Marked Men series. Each of her stories just has such a dynamic appeal and this book was absolutely no different.

4.5 Stars for Better When He's Bold

And don’t miss the previous books in The Point Series!

Jay Crownover is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the Marked Men and The Point series. Like her characters, she is a big fan of tattoos. She loves music and wishes she could be a rock star, but since she has no aptitude for singing or instrument playing, she'll settle for writing stories with interesting characters that make the reader feel something.
