Review~ Craving Redemption by Nicole Jacquelyn

Blurb:

Asa and Callie had nothing in common. He was an Ace, raised in the club and loyal to it above all else. She was a high school student with braces on her teeth and a narrow view of the world.
They should have never crossed paths.
But when Callie decides to defy her parents, and Asa goes on an errand for the club, their lives collide. He saves her, and she mesmerizes him.
They part believing they’ll never see each other again.
Neither could have predicted the chain of events they’d put in motion.
Now the two have to navigate the dark waters of a relationship built on tragedy and need without drowning in guilt for things outside their control.
How do you love someone when the worst decision of your life was the reason you met them?

Review~

Nicole Jacquelyn has done it again. You want biker, she has it. You want love story, she gives it. You want breathtakingly beautiful, she'll deliver that too 100%.

When I read Craving Constellations, the first book in this series I fell head over heels for this authors fabulous writing. She captivated me from page one with her WRITING and her edgy story telling. When the time came and I was offered the opportunity of an arc to review Craving Redemption, I jumped on it. It wasn't a choice of if I had room on it calendar but when was I going to squeeze this awesome book in and read it.

Craving Redemption did not disappoint with the high expectations I had of it. Nicole told a beautiful story of love, loss and happiness. We meet Asa, who's name I absolutely love, and Calliope, Callie. Asa is the so told big bad biker but man was that just not the truth. He had such a beautiful soul. He was rough around the edges like you hope your biker will be, but when he found the one and only woman he believed would be his forever, he loved fiercely and he loved deeply. He came into Callie's life exactly when she needed him. I couldn't decide if because of Asa, her tragedy struck or if it was in the cards to begin with due to her untold family history. But when Callie's world is turned upside down, Asa is exactly who she needs to keep her safe and love her the way she desperately wants and deserves.

I adored this story. I couldn't have asked for much more. My only two complaints are how quickly the end unfolded. I wanted more from the end... It felt like bing, bang, boom. The end. And I loved Asa and Callie that much that I really just wanted their story to continue on. Gram was awesome as all get out too.. She was probably one of my top 5 points in the whole book. :) My other complaint is yes, Callie was 16 but dang sometimes the girl was whiny. I think at some points in the book I felt the age difference between her and Asa so profoundly, that at points I was just screaming at her, get your act together girl.

Even with the little things, it wasn't enough for me to knock this book down one star, or even half a star. This book was a solid 5 stars for me. I can't recommend this series to enough people. And I cannot wait for more of my favorite biker babes from Nicole Jacquelyn. <3 font="">
