Something about this book felt so real to me. Samantha Young did such an amazing job with The One Real Thing, the first book in her new Hart's Boardwalk series.
I fell in love with Cooper from the very first pages. He held such a yummy charisma and mystique about him. He was sexy but not overly sexy. He was older than my normal hero, by may be a few years, but nothing that would take away from him. I loved his counter part too, the gorgeous and witty Dr Jessica Huntington. The two of them started such a beautiful love story, one I found myself feeling remenicent of a Nicholas Sparks novel.
Samantha Young wrote a story that will captive you. Make you fall in love. Make you feel every emotion. The feels were all over for this book. I found myself rooting for not only our main hero and heroine but also the side characters in this book too. I can't wait to find out what happens next for our Hart's Boardwalk friends.
