Synopsis:
Don’t let my petite and innocent appearance fool you, because I’m one person you don’t want to cross. I’m Micah, the youngest member of Resurrection…If only they knew how young. My fake ID says I’m twenty-one.
And I will be…in four years.
What can I say? I blossomed early. Home sucked, so I left, determined to do something with my life.
Landing the gig as lead vocalist in the band was a dream come true. I’ve worked hard to make something of myself and nothing is going to ruin that for me.
Then He showed up.
He’s hot as hell and so into me. But he’s also twenty-five.
I don’t want to lie to him, but if the truth comes out I’ll lose everything, including him.

4 Star Review:
Micah had a horrible life and had to leave that life at a young age...like 14 years old.  She had to become 18 years old but her ultimate dream was to become a rock star. She got the chance to do that and met Saxon.

The chemistry that they have was seen when they laid eyes on each other.  He's a 25 years old ex rock star that had a hard life. He was huge in the world at one point of his life but things got rough for him and he went though a lot.  Micah was his everything but the age difference could have hindered anything from happening with them but it didn't.

I loved the story and how everything played out. Is Micah and Saxon going to be able to be more than just "band mates"? Is the age difference going to stop what's waiting to happen? Is her Wicked Innocence going to hurt what could be real?

Missy went in a different direction with this story that made it better. Everything that happened between these characters was consensual and nothing was done without a YES between them.

About Missy Johnson

Missy lives in a small town in Central Victoria with her husband, and her confused pets (a dog who think she’s a cat, a cat who thinks he’s a dog…you get the picture).
When she’s not writing, she can usually be found looking for something to read.
