Dovey & Bax are from the Point. The wrong side of town. When circumstances against their control throw them together, it becomes a kill or be killed situation and there is no one I would rather have on my side then the bad boy Bax. He is loyal, dangerous and scary. He is strong and everything you would want to keep you safe.

Jay Crownover told a outrageously wicked story. I had read her Marked Men series and while they were some bad boys, they were nothing compared to the man we meet in Better When He's Bad. I was loving the personality, the demeanor of our main character Bax. He just threw an energy off of him that screamed sex appeal. I loved that he wasn't afraid to show exactly who he was, no matter who he was in front of, and I loved that he was never willing to back down from anything, be it the enemy, a girl (Dovey) or the one person he never wanted to be like!

Better When He's Bad is the ultimate tale of a bad boy. I can not say enough how much Bax's bad made me want him. If I wasn't already a bad boy lover, this book solidified it for me. I don't want to do into too much detail about this story because the punches just kept coming, but I can't say enough if you're looking for bad, and not just the oh he looks bad, but the bad to your soul, does bad things, and still looks sexy alpha male, then you really really need to check out Bax!

Dovey was a strong willed, awesome heroine as well. She didn't drive me nuts being the whiny typical girl. She stood for her beliefs, didn't give up and didn't let Bax's bad scare her.

Jay Crownover is my new favorite bad boy writer. I finished this book and immediately wanted to pick it right back up and start it again. I can't wait for more from this awesome author and I can't wait to see what else will happen later on when we set foot back in The Point!
